Flew the Jackson (MKL) to Chicago (ORD) route 7/19/25. Jackson employees highly value customers and provided pizza and snacks in the terminal during our 3-hour delay due to weather in Chicago. In-flight service was amazing with a multitude of snack and beverage options. Flight attendants were well trained and professional there and back (7/20/25), though slight confusion with baggage return in MKL due to the lack of a baggage claim system. I recommend this airline highly to anyone. Jacob Corbon is still a great first officer, even if Kailey forgets his name during the cabin preparation monologue. 😏

No problems. Very friendly ground staff, on time departure, and highly capable pilots. Flying the Metroliner twin over the rockies is great experience. I would hire from this talent pool if I owned an airline. Flew from CEZ to DEN, would fly again with the captain and copilot running this 3/15/25 trip anytime.

I had a fantastic experience flying with Denver Air Connection last weekend.5/30/2025, On Friday, Wilson, the gate agent in Denver, was incredibly friendly and welcoming—he made my first time flying with DAC smooth and stress-free. His positive attitude and professionalism truly stood out. The pilots on both my flight from Denver to Cortez to Phoenix, and my return flight on Sunday, were also amazing. The flights were smooth, and they made me feel safe and well taken care of. From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Thank you to the whole team at Denver Air Connection for making my trip such a pleasant one!

I have flow IWD to ORD and back a couple times now. The service was great. With a connection on the CTA blue line it makes a very easy visit to Chicago without driving or paying for parking.

Hardly ever on time. And today 4-10-25 Im flying to TX with a connecting flight in Denver, we are told that their “system” is down and has been for over a week. No email or warnings from the corporate office notifying anyone of the issue. So we skip TSA in Alamosa just to be dropped off at Denver to then be shuttled to the TSA check in at the front of the building. WITH ONLY 45 minutes to make it to my connecting flight. And to top it off the flight to Denver is late. So we will have to pay extra to switch our flights to a later connection.
