    I was there at 10:10pm on a Thursday night to pickup a shipment and it was closed. I called their national customer service line and when they finally got back to me they said that the "front desk" staff who can hand over packages left for the night. There was warehouse staff working, but no one was there approved to hand over a package. THIS IS A LACK OF BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE IF THEY CANNOT MAN THE POSTED OPEN HOURS. If their front desk staff is routinely allowed to leave early (without calling someone in to cover the posted open hours) then CHANGE YOUR NATIONALLY POSTED WEBSITE HOURS TO THE FRONT DESK STAFF so customers don't drive an hour to NOT be able to pick up their package. STAFF YOUR PUBLICALLY POSTED HOURS!

    They made some changes to how they serve the public and it is definitely not for the positive. Used to take less than an hour to get checked in get your product, etc.. My plane today was delayed, which was fine. I went in after the plane landed got checked in And it was still 2 1/2 hours before I got my product I had gotten to the airport early because I didn’t know the flight was delayed so I wound up at their terminal for six hours and they no longer allow the public to use the bathrooms. Also, they don’t allow you to check in and then wait in your car. You have to wait in their warehouse which in Texas is not pleasant. The staff were nice. These things have to do with management not staffing properly and not allowing bathroom access.

    Changed their counter pick-up system, it now is very slow and segmented so the counter folks cannot work the warehouse! I'd say they are now catapulted into the second WORST place to have to pickup or ship from at DFW. Question is, are they going to become the worst, went downhill really fast with changes that make them a real hassle to do business with.

    Noteworthy here is that I very rarely leave bad reviews. Most of them I am searching for positives. Although I haven't had any other issues with this place, although the one issue that I did encounter today automatically nullifies any positives, and solidly warrants a one star review. They have placed codes on the bathroom. Drivers are not allowed to use the bathroom no matter how long they have to wait here. I'm sure this is especially inconvenient for female drivers. I don't know who authorized this, but they really ought to have their head examined. There are no transient or drug addicts anywhere in the area . If that were the case, I would understand the codes on the door. And even with codes, at least let people do business with the company. Let them use the bathroom. That is simply a humane thing to do. And let me make it clear. It's not the employees who are the issue, it is management that is enforcing this ludicrous rule. I will never give United or Delta ( United is the same building ) my personal business. It'll only be American and Southwest. I recommend you use those companies instead of these people who clearly don't care. I guess their philosophy is that since drivers aren't their employees why should they care about them. Absolutely inconsiderate. ...

    Slow service. Very understaffed. Should not take an hour + to pick up 2 boxes. Southwest and American you’re in n out under 10 min. Don’t waste your time
