Worker are slow on getting the frt ready 😔😭 they are not organized, they always have an attitude specially at night they seem like they don't want to work there making everyone feel the same way 😔

Tried shipping an 11 foot surfboard for 2 whole days. Was finally able to book the shipping over the phone and received my airway bill number. Got to the last step with the ladies at the front desk only to have them measure my board again and determine that it was too long for the plane. The lady at the front desk had already charged my card. I’ve been in communication with Delta for the past week trying to get that money back. Their in person office isn’t helpful at all. You can’t book in person. You have to book on their website or over the phone only. The ladies at the desk kept telling me that they aren’t Delta…they just work for Delta….??? Come on! They can’t ship an 11’ surfboard?? Smh. This could be a really cool service if their front desk could be more helpful in booking. I wasted 2 days trying to ship this thing. To no avail.

The afternoon young man there is very mean and aggressive and obviously hates his job. They act as if they’ve never seen a US CUSTOMS release red stamp🤷🏻♂️❓😱 How is that possible? I get that they do domestic as well as international shipments but nonetheless- they should 💯% know for certain to be able to know what the Customs release red stamp looks like Honestly best to go very early am to catch HUGO (mgr) who knows everything! as he has been working there for decades😎😉

Great parking and loading docks. We went to pick up a new puppy and it could not have been swifter or easier. The empty docks were welcoming.
