I load out of here lots of times they're starting time could use improvement having to start late in the am and then having to wait for a door to load ?

The manager or supervisor at this branch is the most rudest, unprofessional woman I have ever met and spoken to. She needs to be fired. She does not deserve to work in the area of customer service. The staff never relay any detail to you about your cargo. They have a nonchalant attitude towards customers. It is a shame.

We booked pet cargo and instructions say that you can arrive 2 hours prior to your flight. We arrived within that window and no one was available to assist us. An employee from another airline came to let us know that the employee would arrive in 15 minutes. 15 minutes later, we were told that she would arrive in 10 minutes.
