The worst airline I’ve ever dealt with! No information at all about flight cancellations — no email, no message, nothing. On top of that, their booking system is ridiculous — every time you check ticket prices, they automatically increase! Complete scammers stealing from people. I would never recommend flying with them.

I can't thank Naomi, Logan, and Ryan enough for going above and beyond to help me out of a tough situation. They saw my frustration with corporate and stepped in with phenomenal support. Their professionalism and care truly made a difference. If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would! I'm so appreciative of their exceptional help.

The employees were excellent as it was during a very bad rain storm and the plane was delayed several times, from 6:30 until 10:30 - 11:30. I was waiting for a special live animal delivery, and it was expensive and rare. They were closed and could have told me to pick it up tomorrow or even Monday, but they coordinated via employees changing shifts and allowed me to wait for it. I finally received the animal at 11:00 pm, and when I got home, all was well, so a special thanks to Lucia. You guys are the best.

On May 19th I had a baby parrot shipped to me. The arriving flight was scheduled to land after Delta Cargo closed at 5pm. Worried about the length of time my bird would be in the crate and stressed, I called that day and explained my concern. The employee from day shift relayed my information to the night crew. Their wonderful night crew already had my information and were expecting me. They were so very nice and understanding. They had my baby ready to go and the handoff could not have been easier. I really appreciate everything they did and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Delta Cargo for delivering my baby safely. Thank you, Las Vegas crew for having compassion and easing my fears❤️❤️

Naomi was an excellent help to my family today. Roadie did not pick up my package which put me in a bind. Naomi provided me with the info that I needed to give to the agents on the phone to complete my shipment. Thank you for your help, it was really appreciated!
