They are open late, if you are able to go after 8pm, traffic dies down a little and less of the morning/afternoon rush of drivers there picking up. Still a 2 hours waiting but not as bad. Make sure you have a hardcopy of your DO printed

These ppl are one of the SLOWEST in the nation. And they are unable to make COMMON SENSE decisions regarding dash shipments .NOT the entire staff more so the NIGHT STAFF ( lead supervisor) . OVER. 2hrs waiting to ship cargo wit OVERSTAFFED night crew and 5 ppl in line .

Went 3 hours before the dogs flight as suggested. When we got there I checked in to the window gave them my flight time so they knew and was told to wait and when it’s my turn they will help me. I with only 2 others waiting I figured I was fine. 45 minutes later I was helped and by the time they got all my paperwork done and the dogs taken care of they missed the cut off window. Other than that they were super friendly and careful of my pups. They got them in the next flight a few hours later with no issues. They did all they could and would recommend but go 4 hours early to be on the safe side if you are on a specific deadline

Never ever ship with Delta Cargo. They accepted my cargo but 5 days later I still have yet to receive my DASH shipment. Further, I can't get anyone to give me any answers (through the website, email, nor phone calls). I have $15,000 of equipment that is very time dependent and Delta Cargo is doing NOTHING. I love flying with Delta and am a loyal customer, but I'll never use Delta Cargo again!

I could understand the previous reviews. As this could have gone really bad. But I was super happy with Ali at the counter. He helped get my bird within 30min. You do have to use your phone to log in and get in line. They don’t tell you this when you arrive inside. You would have to read the paper do know to do that.
