Easy process! As long as you have all of your paperwork right you are good to go. Also if you are dropping off human remains you cannot drop them off until 5 hours before the flight.

Delta cargo is a no go stay away by all means necessary! I shipped some fish from Guinea, Conakry they set in holding for 5 days with no cooler. When I called to try and get some help from the manager. A small little statement saying that they’re cooler. They’re cooler was not working. They couldn’t do that much. Again, warning stay away from Delta cargo!

Came here to pick up two packages that were sent through cargo from back home in NC. The employees were friendly and very helpful. I was in and out within minutes. They even assisted in placing a heavy package in my vehicle for me.

Worst experience ever… friend booked me to drop him off a vintage surfboard going from Orlando to Oahu. Lady was about to send it then a miserable gentleman called Iyad stopped it and said he wanted a phone call with the shipper before I could leave it although it had gone through. Hawaii was 3:45am so we had to stay in Orlando finding things to do with our 6 year old for 4 hours and not get back in time for our son fishing. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he denied it as he made out he was off. I was told after drop off my name was put down as drop off and there was NO REASON what so ever for this to have happened by Delta. It’s a third party service and I feel the guy was just having a bad day and wanting to pass that day onto others.
