They put their car parking in front of the dock and this is small as hell for 53 trailer and sleeper cabs i’ve been here waiting if some truck driver move their truck so i can get out of here please take those parking out of here

They were very helpful today and friendly, much better than last time when I waited 80 minutes for someone to bring my boxes from a cooler 100 ft away while only one other person was being helped. So it pays to make it clear when you enter that you need to understand how they work and how long you will be expected to wait patiently.

Very slow. Arrived for a delivery,1 pallet. A lady told me someone will be here to help you soon. (3 people were in front of their computers) none of them helped me. Later other driver came for a delivery (10-15 min later) they asked him how can i help you? So i was there waiting but no one told me to how can i help you. Once you talk to the guys they are friendly. On the warehouse, they tell you dont touch the doors,but once the other guy shows up he tells you open the door and take the pallet out,asked him print his name on the paperwork ,he just signed….
