Delta Cargo used to be the best , now it seems they hired really slow staff. And they really sucks. Literally you can get there at anytime and they can make you wait for 40 min , they ignore you most of the time.

I went in this morning to drop off my dog. The two ladies who were there today were nice and helpful. They took care of my dog while I was bringing the crate inside the facility. Thank you! :)

I come here every week and all I can say is there’s been such a huge difference since Delta took over again and got rid of their contracted employees. I haven’t had to wait nearly as long as I did before. Lots of new employees, but most of them that have been there for a bit are super friendly and helpful and know many of us by name. Love the little extra things they’ve added to make the experience and place a little better. Would be nice if they had updated vending machines that take cards.

They were amazing! I was moving to Hawaii and needed to ship my two large dogs. My parents shipped them a couple days after I flew out so we stopped in a few days prior to make sure we had all the information we needed and the people working there were great. They walked us through how it was going to work and what we needed to do prior to arrival. Then the day of when my parents dropped the dogs off, they were great again! They didn't have to wait, they were all super nice and friendly and made the process easy with little anxiety and trouble.
