The only reason I placed one star is because I didn’t have any other choice. Hands down the ABSOLUTE worst experience I ever had to deal with. The ppl there DONT KNOW ANYTHING. Customer experience is horrible lack communication and a waste of time. Please do not go here. Delta cargo iah sucks miserably.

The employees are very helpful and polite, however a simple parcel pickup or drop off often takes over an hour(sometimes two). We are a small business who ships with delta cargo occasionally for moving equipment around the country, and have never had such a long process at any other office. There is also no rest rooms, no trash cans, very limited seating, and it seems like the waiting room doesn’t have AC. Delta should review using this contractor as they do not provide a good experience for their customers.

I sat here for 3 hours before anyone would help me. This place is awful! Please use any other airline for shipping. And of course I was passed up because they knew the person that came in 30 minutes after I did.

The employees are pleasant and the paperwork is minimal and their Dash service allows check in just one hour before the flight which is awesome for really short notice arrangements for Pet transportation services or for sending a pet that is rescued to its new owner in another state. Actually arranging the flight for dogs and cats and making sure everything else like the size of crate and the weight and the health certificate and other Minor Details that need to be in order for your pet to be accepted for flying in cargo on Delta is best left to an expert like myself. At Angel Pets of Houston we provide ground and air pet transport services for cats and dogs, and we discount for rescues. We cannot ship out or receive any pets internationally or domestically and to make it easy for you so your pet will not need quarantine. We can even clear your pet through customs if they arrived at IAH International.

I delivered load here from Atlanta GA The appointment was set up for 8:00 am on Saturday morning Got here on Friday night just to find out that they are not open on weekends I spent two days waiting here to unload on Monday morning This stupid place made me to spend a new year eve on the road 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Why would you set up delivery for Saturday morning and not being open until Monday Why do you do that to a drivers We drivers have home have family to just like you stupid people I will make sure not to ever come here again ever ever And you people that are reading this ignore them please I wish there is a option for a -100 star
