Number was skipped. I had to walk up to let them know. They did jump on top of it to get me services as soon as possible. The only downsides were the wait time to pick us is a little extreme. Too many employees standing around on their phones and laughing (shooting the shit) IN FRONT of customers. It’s a bad look and not good for service IMO

I’m absolutely devastated by the lack of care and responsibility shown by Delta Cargo. It is unthinkable that a company trusted with transporting the remains of loved ones—especially babies and children—can be so careless and dismissive. Losing a casket is not a simple mistake. It’s a complete failure in compassion, accountability, and human decency. Families who are already enduring unimaginable grief should never have to experience additional trauma because of gross negligence. What’s even more disturbing is the lack of urgency or empathy from Delta Cargo when these situations happen. It feels like they don’t care at all about the emotional devastation they’re causing. This isn’t just a logistics failure. This is a failure to treat people with the basic dignity and respect they deserve. For any families considering using Delta Cargo for such deeply sensitive transportation needs, I urge you to reconsider. No one should have to go through this. They don’t even deserve one star.

Has been and still is the slowest pickup from any airline cargo in Atlanta. Have had to ALWAYS wait for over an hour to receive packages after filing the paperwork for pickup.

Very horrible place to a make a delivery … lots of employees here but they’re super lazy all they do is just talk to each other and walk around…
