Update: 9/15/2025. Took my first non-delta flight in over 7 years and let me tell you, it was awesome. American Airlines was clean, everyone was friendly and they actually give you the whole can of soda instead of pouring some in a tiny glass of mostly ice. AA is the T gate, so you don’t even have to get on the hot and waaaay overcrowded plane train at ATL. 7/15/25 customer service is going south fast (no pun intended)! Been longtime Delta passenger and I am now forced to look elsewhere. ATL making Delta look real bad. In the middle of group 4 the Gate agent RUDELY made over half the plane check their bags to baggage claim. There was a ridiculous amount of bin space left (over 1/2). Power hungry. Why would the gate agent make that call!!!! ??? That’s a flight attendants call to make. Even before this… Delta cancelled my flight in the middle of the night. Re-booked me for a flight 14 hours later, when there were 4 available flights before that one! So I had to rebook myself. In addition the plane was smothering hot and the screen on the seat back in front of me didn’t work. Sad for delta.

We booked a Delta Airlines ticket for my 17-year-old to fly with my 13-year-old. My children have been flying together for years, starting when my older son was 16, and we've never had an issue. When we made the reservation, we were explicitly told they could travel together without an adult. However, upon arriving at the airport, the gate agent informed us they needed to be classified as unaccompanied minors. Then, a Delta Red Coat agent named Landon Shaw at DFW escalated the situation unnecessarily. He came out yelling at both me and my children, making threats, and ultimately causing them to miss their flight. To make matters worse, Mr. Shaw added a negative note to my account and somehow triggered a $300 charge. Another Delta agent assisting us even apologized for his behavior, which speaks volumes. Unfortunately, the damage was done—his actions created additional issues with rebooking, making an already stressful situation even more upsetting. I am urging Delta leadership to take appropriate action regarding Landon Shaw. Based on his conduct, he should not be in a customer-facing role. This experience has left me questioning my loyalty to Delta. I’m seriously considering canceling all of our cards and loyalty memberships. It's disheartening to feel like a company I trusted does not value its customers—especially families. I hope other parents take note of this treatment and demand better.

Delta Flight 2990 from Jacksonville Fl., to Atlanta GA. Absolutely shameful. The plain was in very bad shape, dirty, and falling apart. The condensation from the AC was dripping right on me. The seats are falling apart.

The ticket prices are decent, but the customer service could use some improvement. Overall, it's an okay option for budget travelers.

Delta Airlines canceled our flight to Paris, then rescheduled it one day later and left us holding the mess with no help from them whatsoever. We paid $4730 for premium economy plus travel and we had to then call them and see what would happen since they couldn’t book us in the same class fair and we were going to lose one night prepaid hotel at the time they fixed the premium economy plus issue and told us we would fill out a form when we got back and get reimbursed for the lost hotel, now that we are back and filled out the form we are told it was due to one of Delta’s problems that they did not cause so therefore too bad. This is the pathetic example of customer service and I do not recommend Delta airlines.
