Delta has always been my airline of choice, and I usually enjoy seamless, reliable flights with them. Unfortunately, my recent trip into SFO was not their best showing. The flight was delayed three separate times—adding up to about 3.5 hours—which made the journey frustrating and difficult to plan around. That said, once we finally boarded, the crew was professional and kind, and the in-flight experience was comfortable as always. I still trust Delta overall, but I hope to see more consistency in communication and timeliness on future flights.

SUPER amazing Lost and Found staff and The guy who brought my phone back. I lost my phone was already out of terminal. The staff made sure to get my phone before it took off back to Los Angeles. Give them a raise and also an award.

Recently flew Delta SFO to SLC. The experience was flawless. The curbside check in is the way to go; once your bags are tagged, simply drop them off curbside. There was a long line at the Delta checkin inside, but no line curbside. The flight was unremarkable, aside from a flight attendant questioning me if my toddler's soft restraint was FAA approved (it was). Otherwise, a quick and painless flight.

Delta airlines was good. We had a full flight so they offered to check carry-on bags at no additional charge. There was no issues with a lost bag or any delays in retrieving my bag so that was good. Check in was very easy using the Delta app and I was able to do it 24 hours prior to my flight. The app was really helpful and telling me flight details delays etc. The inflight entertainment was good too because we had access to new HBO movies.
