Writing this review on what terrible service I had with delta. I would always consider them one of the best. Problem is handle with care, treat others luggage as if it were your own doesn’t exist. Tell me how this would happen to a $650 club? Hard case, extra packaging, all the above to prevent something like this to happen but yet here we are. I mean did my bag get completely run over? Fall off the transport cart? Did a claim and of course they said it had a “limited tag” meaning poor packaging or improperly protected” wish I could say I will be back but this is just uncalled for.

I am writing to share the good in the world. There was an amazing angel of a Delta worker who helped us get a problem resolved that would have ruined our flight. She was kind patient and more than solved the problem. So thankful for kind helpful people. I wish I knew her name because she deserves a raise. Me and my husband and daughter in law are going to Oklahoma for my son’s graduation from Fort Sill. There was a problem with the flight and she was able to fix it. Thank you kind lady and thank you Delta.

I am a wheelchair fencing coach and member of the US Fencing Coaches Association Parafencing Task Force. On Oct 6, 2025, Delta staff in Salt Lake City charged me $35 to check a medical wheelchair for one of my adaptive athletes with cerebral palsy. They said it was “not medical” and that I “did not look disabled.” This violates Delta’s own Contract of Carriage Rule 6(F) and the Air Carrier Access Act, which protect passengers with disabilities and require free transport of mobility devices. I filed a complaint and hope Delta improves staff training and respect for accessibility

We had a pleasant trip from Salt lake city to Seoul Korea. Food ,drinks and flight attendant are superb. Thank you delta airlines for making our vacation very comfortable and memorable.

I just gotta say my whole trip with Delta was amazing. On the 19th of November I flew from Cedar City to Salt Lake City. The flight from Cedar City. The flight attending gave me some Sprite because I wasn't feeling well and feeling very nauseous when I got ready to go to my next flight. I let them know and they got me some more Sprite and medical. I was really worried I was going to end up throwing up on the flight. Then, having other people throw up, or I don't know, is the worst thing. I think people see me throw up. Delta gave me amazing care. Nausea medication, but also put my flight for the next day and got me a hotel which is beautiful. I'm just very grateful and thankful, thank you Delta.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the handling of my cancelled flight, DL 1202 on 9/17 to San Diego. The cancellation left passengers, including me, without any viable options for rebooking until the following day. It is unacceptable that no hotel accommodations were provided. Instead, we were offered only cheap blankets and pillows to sleep on the floor. This is particularly concerning as there were elderly passengers and individuals with medical conditions present who were forced to endure these inhumane conditions. This level of service is a failure to meet basic standards of customer care. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter, including compensation for the significant inconvenience and distress caused.
