For a change an airline has done something positive . The other day I made a reservation on Delta and the agent which was nice could not help me with my request for handicapped seating. I requested to talk to a supervisor and was lucky to get Tommy or TJ at Delta and he was able to assign the seats for my trip. I am very grateful for his help. Hope more associates and supervisors follow the example from Tommy. Kudos to Delta but mostly to Tommy

Delta is the best airlines in the US. Alaska is a close 2nd. United and American are the bottom of the barrel.

Used to use them frequently over the years but now if you have an issue they can’t help

We went to book a flight and no one answered the door. The guy in the office across the hall, wearing headphones, didn't even look at the door, and we had to leave.
