    I was told my wife and I couldn't sit together because they're weren't enough seats. Once boarded, the seat right next to her was unoccupied. Flight attendants told me I could not move from my assigned seat and the seat next to her must remain vacant. I am a gold medallion member with about 500k miles lifetime and I won't fly Delta anymore (once my next trips are finished). Since google only allows me to post reviews where I'm physically located, I thought it'd be fun to copy and paste this review with every new airport I travel to. This is the first one at SEA. This list will grow quickly!

    Worst airlines you could possibly use in the US. Booked a first class flight for my family and they didn’t even provide a meal or snack. Told them that my daughter had a nut allergy and the only thing they have on the plane are nuts. So much for first class, will never book with them again.

    I was on a Delta connecting flight May 19 2025 flight number DL2830 departing Seattle at 2:20 p.m. to LAX. First I'd like to compliment the gentleman who helped me at the gate B9, allowing me to make my flight. I was greeted by the captain who welcomed me to the plane. Since I was the last one onto the plane, the crew was super helpful in finding me overhead compartment for my carry on. One even offered me a window seat with the middle seat empty instead of being in the middle seat with two people on either side. Unfortunately I was only able to catch two names, Alexa and Broderick. Broderick knew that I was running to catch the flight so was sweating and needed water and even offered to provide me with bottled water. The whole crew on this flight is just amazing. I feel so well taken care of and feel so touched. Thank you everyone and thank you Delta for providing excellent service. Steve.

    Gary on Delta flight DL2361, I just wanted to take a moment to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the kindness, professionalism, and care you showed during my flight. Your warm smile, attentiveness, and calming presence made the journey so much more comfortable and enjoyable. It’s not always easy to be so gracious and patient, especially in such a fast-paced environment, but you handled everything with such grace. You truly made a difference in my travel experience, and I’m incredibly grateful for that. Thank you for all that you do—often without recognition. You help make the skies a friendlier place.     Horrible experience with damaged luggage. We sent them damaged photos upon arrival but have been told we need to file with aero Mexico now 2 weeks later. I do not feel like this will be an issue that is resolved. We booked our flights with delta, but they use Aeromexico for Mexico flights. We will not be using them in the future.

    Worst airline experience not only one employee but 2 employees rude as heck. The need to come on down to San Antonio Tx teach them so real customer hospitality and service. If you don't like your JOB please don't take it out on the customer just passing through trying to get a where they going . I'm going to pray for both of you. Shame on yll. Sorry guys let me clarify myself talking about the employees here at the airport working at the Delta Airlines check in.

    I have been a fan of Delta Airlines for many years but the experience I had at SeaTac Airport was beyond extraordinary. The fact that it happened at the end of my week of long business travel only made it more special. It’s called Delta VIP Select and it’s awesome. I had never heard of the service before until I stepped off my plane and there was a concierge waiting with a pad with my name on it. He grabbed our bags and walked us down to the tarmac where a beautiful brand new Porche was waiting for us. What’s more he gave us a quick tour of the hangar area and explained a lot of the ruins the scenes things that go on. It was so cool! Lastly, he drove us right to the Sky Lounge where we entered from a private door. No navigating through the airport or taking the air tram between terminals. Like I said, after a week of business travel this extra perk was so special to me. Thank you Delta!
