Had a very tough morning and was there shipping remains to Europe. The woman I worked with at the counter was so wonderful to me and it was clear that her and her colleagues were very well in sync with each other. Her name was Kim and I cannot praise her and the rest of the employees in that area enough.

Had a pretty good experience deluvering load here. People are polite, unload was fast and they got me before my appt, which was pretty good bonus. To check in park on the trailer yard to the left of their building, walk in in the smaller building next to docks and check in. DO NOT BREAK THE SEAL when they give you a dock. Back in to the dock with doors closed to verify your seal and you're all set

We had a 5pm pickup scheduled here and arrived about an hour early, but the load hadn’t arrived yet. Still, we were done before 6pm, which was great!

The employee I dealt with seemed unknowledgeable and caused unnecessary delays. He gave the impression of being busy, but when I asked another staff member, I found out the load was already ready. This created avoidable confusion and wasted time.

There may be a wait at times, especially early in the morning. The staff has always been friendly and extremely helpful when I have questions with pickups or deliveries.

Check in experience not good. You are pushed to print your suitcase labels and then they let others be in line with no tags. Ladies are not friendly nor helpful. At gate I asked for support to move toaisle or window. My original seat was 15, at the end just before boarding I got assigned 29 last row, with no window and no ption to change. Personnel has become less customer oriented. I have been flying Delta since it was NW back in 1997 and it is certainly way different now. Inside flight, stewardeness were nice still. Tania was great, she cared on how I felt.
