    *Beware pet in cabin travelers* The delta team does not honor pet in cabin policy for reservations. β€œTo ensure the comfort of all customers, we have a first-come, first-serve policy for pets in the cabin, with a limit on the total number allowed on each flight. If your pet meets the above requirements and you have a reservation, please contact Delta Reservations as soon as possible to book your pet.” I booked my pet ahead of time on 11/15 to reserve the spot on my 1/2 flight. However, when I got to the airport they checked me in and then ended up turning me away at the gate saying I could not take the flight as there were too many pets. This has never happened in the 20+ times I have flown with my pet in other airports. They allowed someone who had not previously booked their pet to override my reserved spot and I was not able to take my flight.

    I hate delta so very much. Used to have a Delta platinum Amex, from Atlanta and was a long time diehard fan. But the last half a dozen flights with delta have been disastrous. Never again.

    Having to deal with the ongoing changes, regulations and customers who are not aware, don't agree with federal and international mandates is not easy. You all have done this with grace and spectacular patience! Thank you!!! The dozen flights I have been on so far this year have been great and all of the customer service experts on and off the ground are doing a great job!! This is just one of the reasons I switched to Delta as my go to and will continue to do so.

    Flew out of GSP on Delta Air Line to Ontario International Airport, Delta Air Lines did not get my luggage at the airport with me going go CA and coming home from my trip back to South Carolina. It was very frustrating to not have my luggage arrive with me coming and going. Very poor service and they were rude at gates with us traveling with a baby. There flight was late getting into Atlanta and treated us badly for arriving late at next gate, not our fault and no need to treat us that way, my daughter was carrying a baby and I'm walking with a cane but didn't offer us assistance when getting off one plane to get to the next when they were late. I couldn't run so my daughter ran ahead with the baby to let them know i was coming and yelled at her to get on the plane without me, there was no need for there rudeness. Why didn't they have carts to carry people to the next gate that they knew needed to get to their gates when they arrived late? Very poor coordination on their part. It didn't use to be like this, whats up Delta?

    My 3rd time flying. Ticketing people are great. The other staff I interacted with, not so much. When placing my items in a basket to get checked, I did not realize the basket needed to be turned a certain way and staff pointed it out. I have turned my basket and staff said something again so I turned it again. Staff person got fed up with me and helped me out out "aggressively" with turning the basket. After my items got checked through, the people in front of me were leaving their baskets without putting them away so I have done the same. Then I get scolded for the fact but not the previous people. The staff need to be more helpful and indifferent to everyone.
