I went on Spirit Airlines, not Delta, and they were horrible. Multiple employees were extremely rude and unhelpful, (except for the nice flight attendant) and the plane ride was a nightmare, making me think the pilot was a novice. I took a train home instead!

Horrible customer service. Was told by four different employees of the airline that my luggage would be transferred to the other flights even though I was coming from another country. So, I didn't go to baggage chain in Atlanta and my luggage did NOT get transferred. The lady at the luggage claim place was really rude - kept saying "federal law" as if I'm supposed to know what federal laws are!

The service received from the customer service personnel was exemplary. Team efforts showed by Tanya Johnson and Margaret Furlett were excellent and courteous. Thank you very much, ladies. I appreciate it immensely.

They are the best at everything, every time! My go to carrier! They do it well that if I ever have to fly another carrier… I can’t leave a review because Delta sets the bar so high! From conscience to cost to service to destinations to professionalism to safety… DELTA DELTA DELTA!!!

Not a perfect trip, but Delta has always been so much better than the other airlines that I will continue to use them. For one, their seat belts don't cut me in two. I dealt with several delays on this trip, but there were delays on every other airline also. Generally, the staff was very friendly and considerate. I do have one concern with the last trip. We were dealing with bad weather coming out of Atlanta and dealt with several delays late in the day, and the pilot came on numerous times to tell us what was going on. He was very cordial and sounded like a real person. The flight attendant, on the other hand, spewed out her standard comments in extremely fast language and never showed a trace of humanity. I made a point when I left the plane of telling the pilot how much I appreciated his frequent updates and his humanity.

I have flown Delta in the past and always went inside to counter for check in. This time the app prompted me to use curb side check in so thought I would give it a try since I had my tickets in phone wallet. Every thing went same as counter check in till the end. The attendant would not hand me the receipts until I gave him a tip. Never tipped inside and thought these people were regular employees. Didn’t like the shake down and won’t do that again!!
