The blonde woman working the Delta counter on 8/18/2025, at 5:30am needs to be retrained or find new work. As someone who flies regularly i have yet to encounter someone as unhelpful or ignorant even at the largest of airports. Congrats on this hire BTV! Word to the wise, when you have individuals who don’t normally fly Delta, and 2 lines of folks trying to check bags (yes even if you print bag tags at the kiosk you have to wait in the obnoxiously long line), don’t yell “Sky Priority” over and over and over at people, when some of the people don’t understand you. Then when someone asks, questions about what she means, you continue to squawk “Sky Priority” like a Delta Parrot and be completely unhelpful. If you hate your job that much, go work for a non-customer facing entity. The confusion lies that the “Sky Priority” line on the left had to report to the right counter, but the “normal passenger” line on the right had to report to the left counter. Makes sense right?! Very much appreciate the brunette lady working the other counter. She saved the 1 star rating from being a 0. At BTV, stick with American Airlines!

Ok,so if you’re reading this be aware that Delta airlines is not the best airline. I went in the cockpit and the pilots and flight attendants were really nice,but on one of the flights I was on there was gum on one the arm rest. I mean really, they should have cleaned that. Now of course I tried to remove the gum with a napkin but it was stone cold,like stone COLD. The napkin literally ripped. Now this is just the beginning, this part is the worst so maybe close your eyes or get some popcorn. Okay so my dad gave me this really nice plane ✈️ book and I kept it in mint condition. Oh and also this Hanako’s son not Hanako so ya. Okay moving on I put it in my dad’s backpack or something and then Delta sent it on some different route than our route and then when my dad opened his backpack thingy and gave me my book the cover was all scratched up for some reason. And by the way I’m 10 years old. So I was sad that it was all ripped up. If they had sent on our plane it wouldn’t be all ripped up. So my point is Delta is pretty good but never I mean NEVER put your airplane book in their cargo hold.

Delta airlines has never let our family down. We have been flying with Delta Airlines for many years and not once have we had a bad experience. From the ticket purchase, to the ticket counter, to gate attendant, to the pilots, and finally the truly spectacular flight attendants they have all made our family feel special and valued every single time. We have flown regionally, cross country domestically, and internationally with Delta Airlines in all classes of seats and have had great experiences. So we take our hats off and bow and say “Bravo, Bravo”.

We've had great flying experience with Delta.

We had 550 flight this morning and missed it because they closed the door right when we got to the gate. We went back to the delta desk and the woman working there got us on the next flight leaving for Atlanta in about 13 minutes. We barely made that but we are on our way. She did a great job working fast under pressure. To help identify she was the only one working with blonde hair. We did not catch your name but thank you. You are a great customer service agent.
