This place is absolutely horrible. I've always known agencies to be filled by skeezy and lying people and I've never trusted them but took the recommendation of someone to call. Called at 5:15pm was put on hold for approximately 18 minutes, hung up because I figured they forgot about me. Call back three different times and on the four time they finally picked up at which point I was told it was too late because they close at 6:0pm. after being on hold for so long and the best part of is I was told this at around 5:45 and they don't close till 6:30pm. Business must be booming when they can just turn customers away. Stay far away from this location or any travel agency for the most part Always skeezy people again

03/31/19 I wish I can give them 0 stars I was at the Milwaukee avenue location and they practically locked the door on my face they have on they’re website that they’re open till 8 pm I was there at 10 min. To 6:00 whit other two customers and the girl that was there refused to open the door THEY HAVE NO RESPECT AT ALL FOR THE CUSTOMERS IF YOU ARE CLOSING EARLY THE LEASE YOU CAN DO IS POST A SIGN ON THE DOOR TO LET YOUR CUSTOMERS KNOW YOU ARE CLOSING EARLY AND DONT JUST LOCK THE DOOR ON OUR FACE AND WALK AWAY LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED I HOPE THE OWNER OF THIS “BUSINESS SEES THE REVIEWS AND KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON THERE AND MAKE SURE HES EMPLOYEES ARE A LITTLE POLITE TO THE CUSTOMERS

Worst customer service. The employees are always on their phones. Even when they're with customers. They make a lot of mistakes because they pay more attention to their phones. They're also so rude. Hopefully the owner can see this and train their employees for better customer service

Not very personable. Put you on hold several times with terrible music. Does not put any attention to the customer. In a hurry...everything is fast and running. Not flexible or offer you any options. I will give it a 0 or a grade of an "F".

I send money to my wife in Mexico. She always receives it in a timely manner. I always get fast , friendly and courteous service.
