Their calm demeanor and excellent navigation through the busy city streets made the trip stress-free and enjoyable for our students and staff alike. The other two drivers were also wonderful, and we truly appreciated how seamlessly everyone worked together to ensure our group’s safety and comfort. Thanks to your drivers, our day in New York was not only memorable but also ran right on schedule — no small feat for such a busy trip including 224 people and 4 coach buses! We are already looking forward to next year’s Broadway experience, and we would be thrilled to work with your company again. Wow. Saw one of their bus drivers (#1256) today on Rt 202 South. Jerk was tailgating every vehicle and then BLOCKS where vehicles take turns merging by taking TWO lanes. If this is the type of morons driving I would never patronize such a low class, trashy business. Keep your poor Delaware driving in Delaware where it belongs. Next time, I call 911 and have State Police pull your jerk driver over for assault with a deadly weapon. See how that fits!

Due to a bad storm, our luggage was delayed 2.5 hours at Philadelphia Airport, with our driver, ANDRE, waiting for us. ANDRE stayed in communication with us, and never left. He was very courteous and professional, even after the long wait. I have nothing but good things to say about ANDRE, and Delaware Express Airport Shuttle. We've used them for years, and with this recent act of great service, we will use them again every time we travel. Thank you!
