Provided hotel accommodation for Sydney Australia in there brochure information listed as 4 stars when in fact the hotel should have been listed as a 1 star hotel reached out and the only thing they could say was oh well sorry Totally unacceptable response so travelers do your own research before using this travel agency

We were recently part of the Southcliff Baptist Church trip to Israel. It was truly the trip of a lifetime! Dehoney Travel handled the travel and lodging with great attention to detail. We were blessed to have Melissa Williamson from the Dehoney office along with us. She was a wealth of information on all things travel related, plus we feel like we made a new friend! Just got back from a trip with Dehoney to Israel/Jordan. Their preparation and planning of the trip was exceptional. There were no glitches. Every detail--down to the tiniest ones--was taken care of. Everyone I emailed and spoke with on the phone at Dehoney was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. My Holy Land trip was well planned with attention to every detail: transportation, lodging, meals and admissions/sites visited. The itinerary included most of the places I hoped to visit. My guide Hannah was AMAZING! She knew the history of each place visited down to dates, names of individuals, events, etc. Her insight brought the places to life. Her passion for her country was evident. She efficiently navigated crowded sites to help our large group minimize wait times and maximize places seen.
