Horrible horrible experience! He try to apply Indian visitor visa before i surrender my indian passport because of foreign citizenship& passport! Such a horrible mistake. Showing me attitude that he has knowledge .

Horrible, Horrible service. Very unprofessional. I normally do not write reviews. This is the first time I m writing it so it can help other ppl. Pls do your self a favor and do not buy from Hemant shah ( located at 1430 address, in Iselin, NJ) from Darpan travels. I bought 2 tickets 2 years ago and he is not giving me my money back. He is blaming on air India which is not true. I called air India, air India has policy to return money due to covid and it is listed in circular as well.Everybody’s else got their money back but I m still waiting since 2 years. I call him almost everyday and I hear same recording from him. “Air India is not processing your claim. They have not started the process yet”. I questioning if he has even started the process yet b/c air India doesn’t have anything. Hemant shah does not take any responsibility to return client’s money. Very unprofessional way to run business in USA. I wish I never bought a ticket from him. Person who provided me Hemant shah’s # , does not use him anymore b/c they had bad experience with him as well. BTW ticket was the same price as air India was providing me. The reason i bought from him is if I needed to extend couple day, I could have called his India’s office but I had no India Hemant shah was running business like this. We all work very hard for our money and when ppl like this keep holding our money and do not even try to help their clients, stay away from them. I should not even have to call air India . I bought a ticket from him so he should have taken responsibility. Do Not Buy from Hemant Shah at Darpan Travels in Iselin, NJ. Additionally, when I went to buy a ticket, one men and his two older parents were requesting them to call immigration office b/c his green card was expiring in two months and He had not received new one yet. Hemant shah had filled out the wrong e-mail address. So the guy was going to be literally illigal after 2 months. Guess what, they didn’t call immigration or took any responsibility. I still remember that older lady’s face. This is bad karma. I hope God makes Hemant shah and his family pay for all this Bad Karma. He forgets that there is God ( super natural power) above all. ( BTW I wonder if he has any license or degree to fill out immigration paper work- just wondering).

Darpan Tours and Travels gave me the best deal at a fair price. And they also helped me find the best seat in an airplane and to specify the type of food that you want to eat (Halal, Hindu, Vegetarian, Dietary, etc). By Far this is an excellent Travel Agency to go to.
