Danielle was not only a cruise planner for me she quickly became a friend and confidant. I shared all my thoughts and concerns and she quickly accommodated with words and actions. She was available for all my calls (even the no brainers) with solutions and suggestions. She was my teacher and guide on this most wonderful journey to Alaska. She has an awesome insurance company you can purchase a policy from. We have purchased it and have had claims with no problems being paid. Danielle is just amazing. She helped us book our first cruise and gave recommendations based on our needs and it worked perfectly. She made sure to exlain everything about the cruise ahead of time.
