Good morning. Could you please update the customer service hours? This July 18th, I was waiting and no one ever showed up. I arrived very early, 9:00 am, because they said they open at 9:30 am, so I could get in first. But I had to go back without my travel ticket. I waited until 10 am because I had to go to work. Please update the hours so I can return.
