Working with Kelly @ CTS travel is always the start to a great vacation. She helps find the perfect place for us, provides us with information to see all the cool places once we are there, and coordinate all of the transportation and hotels that we need. Whether it is one hotel in the Caribbean or a multi-city stop on Europe she has it handled. And if for some reason there is an issue, you can always reach her to get the problem solved regardless of who’s fault it was (like the hotel losing your reservation...). Can’t wait for my next vacation!

We have worked with Kelly at CTS Travel for all of our vacation trips-from Jamaica to Alaska, she has served us VERY well. Whether cruising, direct flights, scuba diving expeditions-you name it-we have no reason to 'travel' anywhere else!

Kelly @ CTS Travel Services was able to arrange flight, hotel and car rental for less than I was able to get myself online...and she did all the work!
