The company offers generous onboard credits and gift cards, which look great at first glance, but there are important catches. The gift cards can’t be used at your preferred stores; you end up having to redeem them directly through the company. And if you book and later need to cancel, they’ll charge a $100 penalty. It’s not a bad deal if your plans are firm, but make sure to read the fine print before committing.

We were a group of 14 friends that booked an 11 night cruise to Croatia, Greece and Turkey. Our Agent was Dwayne Black and we could not be happier with the way he handled our booking and assisted with dining arrangements etc (which is not easy with a group of 14). Called Cruisesonly to get help with an existing reservation. I have been a customer for several years and when I had a concern I requested to speak to a supervisor and I was told that the only way to be transferred was to tell the agent why and what I need a supervisor for. I explained that I would want to discuss my concerns directly with them and I got the runaround. I was never connected to them and was told by Coartail that I had to tell her. Not a happy customer. Probably won’t be using this service again.
