I had a wonderfully planned cruise with Jennifer Brown Travel, so thanks to Jennifer. She made everything so simple and was so patient with me even through all of my panic modes. 🤦🏽‍♀️I was going to have trouble doing all of that walking, but thanks to Jennifer I had a mobility scooter waiting for me at the terminal before getting on the ship. If anyone needs a travel agent, I highly recommend Jennifer Brown.

The tour (itinerary) Jennifer put together for us was PERFECT. We got to experience true Japan culture as the tour included many traditional cultural places as well as the modern sites. The tour guide Kyoko was truly the BEST. She was very tentative to our needs and made me feel safe. There is no way I could have done as much as we did because of all this team. Don't plan your travel, let cruise planners do it for you. I'm already having them plan my next trip

Jennifer was very patient with our many questions. Made our first European river cruise less stressful. The Hawaii cruise she arranged for us was fantastic. Kept us informed and never seemed to forget we were there.

This was the first time going on a cruise and my agent did not tell I was support to be there earlier and I needed ti do to prepare the cruise . She answered the questions I ask her. She did not even warn me about the need of getting insurance but she ask me if I wanted to get the insurance. I did not get the insurance and guess didn't make the I cruise . So I did not get my money back. I will keep trying to get my money back . I call the agent answered the phone . I paid 2140.00 for the cruise. Carnival said I got there to late but I problems with my luggage so I to get some more the morning of the cruise which made me miss my flight The agent did not tell that I had to be at the port earlier than the time I was expected to be there.

It was our first cruise and we loved it ❤️. We already booked a cruise for next year 🥰
