We stayed for one night after checking out of another IHG hotel. The front desk clerk was very nice, acknowledged my IHG Rewards membership, and thanked me for being a member. The hotel itself was very clean, fancy, and well-kept. Despite being close to the freeway and airport, our room was surprisingly quiet. The restroom was a bit small, but the room was spacious, spotless, and smelled great. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Words cannot describe the strange experience that I had here. First, they say they have an airport shuttle but it does not start until 6am. When I told the front desk guy that I was bummed because I would have to take an Uber to the airport, he offered me a few breakfast ticket as Consultation, but that also does not start until after 6am. Second, the room had a distinct damp smell, the bathroom felt dirty, and the pillows were almost flat. Third, I went to the bar/restaurant for dinner and because a 50th high school reunion was at the property, the kitchen was swamped even though I was the only one in the bar at the time. It took 1.5 hours (3 full quarters of a college football game) to get a ceasar salad and fries, which I only got after a manager intervened because at one point the kitchen told the bartender that they were too busy to make my order. The salad itself was off in that there was no romaine, had hard sprinkle cheese like you get with takeout pizza, and contained an excessive amount of croutons. The best part though was the bartender who was clearly intoxicated and got even more so as I sat and waited for my food. At one point his attempt to make a margarita for another patron prompted the man to get the manager who came over to see what was going on. At some point the bartender just wandered off leaving his phone and wallet. The manager took over and even though she knew about the 1.5 hour wait for an interpretation of a ceasar salad and witnessed the bartenders' bizarre behavior, proceeded to charge me full price. Maybe the lack if discount for inconvenience was actually the price of the night's entertainment.

"Unacceptable" was my response through our ordeal here. Let me begin with saying the front desk staff and breakfast crew were outstanding in service. Housekeeping was great but I only know from my room. This hotel has terrible ownership and awful management for safety and accommodations leaving them open to lawsuits, just waiting to happen so please guests --- caution. ⚠️ My family booked 5 rooms, ages from 2 years old to 65 and you would think they would be safe. 5 family members got stuck in an elevator while the elevator technician read texts from his phone. Buttons were not working, no air was flowing through and the elevator was NOT moving. Thank God 2 males were in there to pry open the doors with their hands!! They came out drenched in sweat, beyond scared and we almost had to call the ambulance for medical care. We couldn't get to our rooms for necessary medication while the lobby had a few floor fans to keep it "cool". We immediately lost trust in staying and thankfully the front desk staff and manager were able to reimburse us for our stay. Please please do better Crowne, this could have gone very wrong for many guests.

The rooms are somewhat remodeled, but for the price I think it’s pretty good. It’s clean, no funny smell, and it has a fridge and microwave (I’ve stayed at expensive hotels that don’t even provide that inside the room) ; the rooms have a good size tv and overall pretty spacious. The pool is clean and warm. Overall, no complaints. Staff was nice, and they have a section where you can purchase sodas, waters, etc late at night so pretty convenient. Bar seemed nice as well.

All the staff were incredibly friendly — from maintenance and room service to the front desk and breakfast/bar team. Check-in was smooth and quick, and my room had a great view of the airport and surrounding area. Everything was super comfortable and very clean! My only small suggestion would be to upgrade the TV to a smart one, as it currently only offers cable. Otherwise, a fantastic stay!
