The Cottonwood Airport (P52) is a really nice small town airport that is setup perfectly for all the local enthusiasts to thrive in the aviation community! Perfect for everything, maintenance work, lessons, casual flying ect! Bruce the airport grounds manager keeps the place looking great! Only suggestion would be for airport management to get a larger dumpster for tenant use because every time we go to put trash from the hangar into it the dumpster always seems to be full.

We used this airport a number of times the past year flying our small plane back and forth from Utah while working in Cottonwood. Easy access in and out, self serve fuel and parking. It does get quite busy at times with the pilot training overflow from Prescott.

So much for the new airport manager. What a joke. The repetitive daily flights at low altitude have only gotten worse. And to think their paying him a salary. That explains all the reality signs going up. I bet these people don't even live here otherwise they'd be fed up with it too. Ruining this once quiet town. Love is turning to total disgust. And to the ones thinking that this is hundreds of planes , this is one plane sometimes a second will join in so there's no break at all. That's it! One harassing plane owned by EMBRY RIDDLE FLIGHT SCHOOL with blue tips on the wings.

What training is accomplished by flying in circles over neighborhood's all day every day? Training people how to make enemy's? I wish someone could explain this rather than just saying it is training. Harassment is what I define it as. It's time someone is held accountable for it. So much for the (New) Airport manager. Guy is a joke. Obviously he could care less about Cottonwood residents. Just one more reason to move.

This airport is awesome. Bruce has been so great to work with. It is well maintained and friendly to Hang Gliders and Paragliders. Some temporary shade is nice on a hot day in Cottonwood.
