I have been trying to communicate with them about an old reservation I had which I put down $500 but did not get a change to use. (Nancy) and other employees refuse to help or even try to look up my information. This travel agency is very unprofessional!!

Bad service, I call to ask some question to travel to mexico and the woman just hang up on my face. TERRIBLE !
