Worse company I ever used. Terrible food, old and unconditioned fruit salad. No a.c. during flight. To top it off my luggage got severely damaged making it unusable. To file a claim, at the end of almost 30 minutes, the prompts told me to see an agent at airport to make sure the info I entered is correct, in another words, they make it difficult to file claims and don’t have none, since the headache to go back and forward to file the claim costs more than the luggage. Will never use them again.

Counter lady at Logan airport definitely has a a BIG EGO. She was rude from beginning to end. I made a request to accompany my mother (88 years old) to the gate since she suffers from anxiety but it was denied. She told me to give my mother a pill”. This same request was allowed a month ago to my friend. Rules seems to change daily with Copa. This is not my first encounter with this lady who refused to give me her name since there was no identification with her. But she proclaimed to be the “supervisor “. Copa employees at Logan need to be trained to improve their customer service skills.

I recently flew from Boston to Ecuador with a layover in Panama. The flight and the fight attendants were reasonable enough. After arriving in Quito, I traveled to Ibarra, and then up to the mountains where I planned to camp and hike in the backcountry for two weeks. I opened my bag the following morning to discover someone had sliced open the soles of my hiking boots while my luggage was in the custody and control of Copa Airlines, rendering them useless. I had no cell service and could not report the incident. There was no specialty camping story in Ibarra. The shoe stalls in local market did not carry hiking boots, nor did they have shoes in my size. As a result I found myself facing two weeks in Andes with nothing but a pair Crocs. I had no access to electricity or cell service so I could not call Copa to report the problem. When I got home from my trip, I filed a complaint. Copa's answer? Too bad. You did not report the incident within the timeframe specified by our policy. Now I'm out a $300 pair of hiking boots and I faced many perilous moments on the trail as I tried to navigate the mountains in nothing but Crocs and socks.

Not a professional airline. Booked business class for a 6 hour overnight flight when I really wanted to sleep. My chair did not recline and the movies did not work. I made a reasonable request to customer service for a refund of the fare difference between economy (the service I got) and business (the service I paid for). They offered me a $100 travel credit. Totally unacceptable!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Instead of professionally giving answers we were given rude attitude as if they did not want to help at all. When we called our travel agent to see what we can do to change our flight options the entire Copa Airlines staff at the check-in counter kept looking at us and laughed at us. Copa Airlines, please train your employees to be professional here at Logan Airport. I am a Boston resident and have never seen this type of unprofessional attitude in my Airport! Once again, thank you for trying to make business with us but its seems to be that there will not be a future business with your Airline until the staff's attitude is corrected. Check your staff that worked today October 30th from 12pm to 1:15PM. Thank you!
