I love the Comfort Inn Suites Gurnee. Jay and his wife have done so many wonderful things to make me and my service animals feel welcome. We stay here regularly . Its location makes it our number one choice. Room cleaning is top notch. Enjoyable breakfasts. Jay takes his time to explain policies in a friendly positive way. Highly recommend. Going to comfort

The room is average size. Had a slight musty smell when we first came in the room. Got better when we turned the air up in the room. The staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful. They have a pool, looked pretty clean but didnt get a chance to swim. Breakfast is a good plus. The same options at every comfort inn. Thankfully we love those darn waffles :) The location is great. We came for the Gurnee mall and it shares a parking lot basically. So that was a huge bonus.

This hotel was very clean and in a good location. Unfortunately, those are the only good factors. Our room stank of stale smoke. NONE of the outlets in the room worked, only the bathroom, so we were constantly bickering over who got to charge their phone/computer/tablet in the bathroom. And the other guests were SO LOUD. Kids running and yelling up and down the hall, and our room neighbors yelling, all well after midnight. Hotel staff did not care. I can confidently say that I will NOT be staying here again, with so many other hotels in the area to choose from.

Had a torn towel, pain't on the bathroom door could be be touched up, n was only three shower towels for four people, they said they only clean the rooms every three days? Breakfast food wasn't fully hot right away at 7am on a Saturday. The breakfast lady didn't make her rounds asking how everything was. Last night's check in guy was friendly, hotel ultimately feels safe. Fairly clean good breakfast selection but food wasn't fully hot. Quiet rooms..slept well

My little brother graduated from boot camp and we stayed here and everything was great!! Very friendly and helpful service from all the workers. The continental breakfast is the best I've ever had. Waffle bar, eggs and sausage, yogurts cereal and milk. And it's from 6am to 9 am on weekdays and goes til 10 am on the weekends. Clean rooms! Indoor pool and Jacuzzi open til 11pm. Great place good price.
