We planned our Disney World trip with Amy, and we’re so glad that we did! Amy never hesitated to answer all my (millions) of questions and explained everything to us thoroughly, walking us through every step of the process. She was super organized and sent us next steps well in advance to make sure we had time to determine everything we wanted to do on our trip and get that information over to her with plenty of time to spare. She gave us strategies for tackling the amusement parks including what rides to book for lightning lanes, and which rides to head to first for rope drop. This was a huge help when the time came to schedule our multi passes and to outline our game plan for each park day. With the rope drop recommendations and our lightning lanes, we really didn’t have wait times the week we were there, and we got to accomplish so much more each day than I had anticipated! Having Amy there to book everything from our hotel stay and park tickets to our day at Epic Universe, and all our reservations in between, took a huge weight off our shoulders. And she was able to get us exactly what we wanted when it came to our reservation requests, including a Bippidi Boppidi Boutique appointment on Halloween. When a promotion became available for the time of our stay, she jumped on it right away and applied it to our reservation, and she also gave us other tips that were able to save us a good amount of money overall. So grateful we chose Amy as our travel agent, and cannot recommend her enough!

Amy was great to work with! She was patient with our decision making, extremely responsive and very thorough and organized! She provided some great recommendations on excursions in which we did one of them and was an amazing experience! We can’t wait to work with her again on our next trip!!
