For years, I genuinely enjoyed going to Color Me Mine. I recommended it to family, friends, and even coworkers. The staff were friendly and helpful, the activity was engaging, and waiting to see how your piece turned out was exciting. However, all of that has been ruined by the institution of their new time limit policy. 1 hour and 45 minutes may be ample time for some painters, but for slower painters like myself it is not nearly enough. It wouldn’t be such a problem if there was a way to reserve adequate time in advance. However, after attempting to, I was informed there was no wiggle room on the policy, and the only way a party could stay longer is if it was a slow night and the table was not needed for another party. Which essentially makes it a gamble whether you’ll have time to finish painting your piece or be unceremoniously rushed out the door. Additionally, this 1 hour 45 minute limit is not stated prominently (or anywhere that I can find) on their website, which can make for a very unpleasant surprise to anyone who wasn’t already aware. Overall if you’re a quick painter, this probably won’t affect you. For those who like to take their time, I can’t in good conscience recommend this Color Me Mine. Going used to be such a fun and special occasion(a bit of a splurge💸 but ultimately worth it), but I will not be returning so long as this policy continues to prioritize maximizing profit at the expense of customer experience.

We had an appintment at 11. The table was ready and set out for us. The staff was super friendly and helped us old ladies ( my sisters and mom) find paint, patterns, and supplies to get started. I had the best time with my dragon and really appreciated the help the staff gave to make it look good. We left happy and plan on picking up our pieces next week.

We planned our office retreat at this center this year. Very glad that we made reservation earlier as it got crowded pretty quickly. The regular studio fee is $10/person, but we got 50% off as it was on Tuesday. They have so many different varieties of pieces to pick from, we tried to stay between $12 to $45 items. The atmosphere at the store was nice. And the staff were really helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this place!

Note: It is Xmas season, however, the selection was rather picked over if looking to do a plate, or mug. Lots of cute small figurines, some good deals on 3 flat Xmas ornaments. They have a few fun paint options, about 10 colors that fire with speckles in them. They also have stencils, stickers, and a fabric cutout technique that are fun to try, but as a newb I wasn't thrilled on results but had fun making. They have a type of thin line paint that comes out of a tiny bottle in about 20 colors for lettering and outlines. They also have sponges, toothbrushes for splatter, and many diverse brush types. There is a studio fee and price per peice fee, outside prices are not allowed. If you ask, they will provide a scapel knife for removing oops paint. The studio fee covers time no matter how long you are there. The staff are very pleasant and skilled at advice when asked. I wish they kept their stock up better, and rotated a bit more items as year to year I've gone I see the same figurines available to paint. Firing happened in a week for me, and I got a text message when my work was ready to be picked up.

My niece had so much fun! She is already asking when we can go again. The staff are so sweet! Thanks you girls!
