I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right car—not just make a sale. My sales associate, BZ, was incredible. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all my questions (without pressure), and walked me through every step of the process with patience. The entire team, from financing to final delivery, made the process smooth and stress-free.

After the mess I went through at Toyota of Murray, I can’t thank Paducah Coad Toyota enough for turning things around. Murray told me I needed a whole new engine — yes, a whole engine — but thankfully I went to Paducah for a second opinion. Dan, the service manager, took the time to actually diagnose the issue and found out it was just the oil pressure sensor. That’s it! Not only did they save me thousands, but Dan went above and beyond by detailing my car and filling up my gas tank — something he absolutely didn’t have to do. The difference between these two locations is night and day. Paducah Coad Toyota showed me what real customer service looks like. I’ll never waste my time at Murray again.

I was in town overnight and my Tundra was due for service before returning home to Ohio. I have been to many Toyota dealerships, since this is our family’s 19th Toyota. The service advisor Zach Dixon is covering today by himself, since other people are on vacation. I observed him taking good care of the customers already scheduled as he should. As a small business owner I appreciated his attention to detail and the courtesy he was extending. Even with the dealerships tight schedule he is working me in and helping to get me back on the road and home at a decent time. He made sure to let me know about a recall so I could tend to things soon. Zach exemplifies someone that acts and treats customers like his name is on the sign! It is all Coad Toyota could hope to have for representation. Thanks Zach!
