Nice little airport and easy to navigate, clean and decent size seating area throughout the Airport. Didn’t have to wait long to get the baggage unlike other major airport. Only issue I did see that rental car shuttle is all the way to other end of baggage carousel number # 1 so had bit walk to catch shuttle. Rental facility seems far away from the airport, easily takes about 10 min by rental bus.

Very modern design convenient layout and efficient! Lots of art everywhere here. My checked bags were delivered quickly and my Lyft driver showed up minutes after I booked a ride. 8/17/25: it’s been consistent here. Friendly staff, quick, service, clean restroom facilities!

The only issue keeping Cleveland International from being a nice little 5 star airport is the disaster that is security. It's just too congested. That said, the airport offers amenities like shoe shines, pet relief, haircuts, and massages. Their are lots of food options ranging from Dunkin, Chic Fil A, Starbucks, a Cantina, Shake Shack and more. The employees are super nice, and don't seem put out like many airports. Overall, if you fly to our through Cleveland the airport won't let you down. Side note: I'd love to see more plants or a greenwall. Airports should embrace bringing nature indoors.

No one picked me up for wheelchair assistance for more than 30 min and its not even busy yet. The woman at the counter sent me to wait because she was on the phone. I bought my ticket and it didn’t explain check in luggage was not included… what a disappointment

The security situation is unacceptable. The line started at door four. Needing to calculate a full hour just to get through security. This was written as of Aug 8th, 2025. The airport needs to modernize and staff up to adjust for increased traffic.

Very nice airport. Small and easy to get around.

The airport is small but moves pretty quickly. Staff is friendly and TSA was nice. Vibrant arts and color all around the airport.
