I would like to take a moment to extend my heartfelt gratitude and share our experience regarding our recently completed Umrah journey, which commenced on the 20th of October and concluded on the 3rd of November. Alhamdulillah, by the Grace of Allah, it was a journey filled with peace, comfort, and spiritual elevation and the impeccable arrangements made by Classic Tours contributed significantly to this experience. We spent our initial days in Makkah Mukarramah from the 20th to the 27th of October, staying at Hotel Azka Al Safa, which was conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from the Haram Sharif. The proximity enabled us to perform our Ibaadah with ease and without any stress of travel or waiting time, especially during Salah hours. From Makkah, we traveled to Madinah Munawwarah on the 27th via the Haramain High-Speed Bullet Train, which was arranged seamlessly. In Madinah, our accommodation was at Pullman ZamZam, which again was exceptionally located merely one minute from Masjid An Nabawi. This made attending Salah, visiting the Rawdah, and spending peaceful moments in the courtyard extremely convenient and spiritually uplifting. The buffet meals provided by Classic Tours throughout the journey were consistently delicious, hygienic, and satisfying, offering a delightful variety while maintaining taste and quality. Additionally, we availed the laundry services, which were prompt and excellent, an essential convenience during a pilgrimage. We also traveled Business Class both to and from Jeddah on Saudia Airlines, and every aspect of the journey, from ticketing to coordination, was handled with professionalism and efficiency. Furthermore, Classic Tours ensured that every query we had was responded to promptly, and our entire package was customised as per our preferences which we deeply appreciate. Not to forget, the gift kit provided to us prior to departure was not only thoughtful but also very useful throughout the pilgrimage.
