I called to book my seat and meal. The representative is very bad. She is keep saying "anything else" , "thank you" to hang up the phone. I asked her about students promotion 8 % off and 3 bags are free, she does not know about it. Keeps saying when will you arrive LAX, they will handle it. I started my conversation with" good morning" and" how is your day " and she replied whats the ticket number....................................lol

I will never use this airline again!!!. Their Web site is so poor. Over rated VIP lounge, I have pictures to proof it. I brought business class tickets for my family vacation so that we can use all the good things. There were no good thing on this airline. Food also was not up to what is said.. Their food set up in their lounge was very bad. I will have to said that it is just like motel 6 food. On our back, our fight got delayed in BKK to CAN. In order to make connection on our fight back to LAX, they put on Thai Airline. We spent about 2.5 hours with ThaiAirline to straight out with Thai Airline on seating, bags. Their was no coordination between then. On top that, when we get to CAN our fight delayed 3 hours and 1 of our bad did not make it. When we got to LAX, we filed the missing bag report (PIR) and guess what, the airline never receive it. I spent a lot of time talking to the agents and got nowhere. They did not do anything. I am end up searching and locating my missing. It Took about 5 hours to found it. Call back and talked to agents again. And guess what, I still do not have my bag. Well I will have to go to their local office and give then he'll. I will rate this airline below 1 star for over all!!!

I will never use Southern China Airlines again.... No call back service... Broken Promises...Hang up by service Representative.... Your Company stranded me in Nepal by cancelling my returned flight and not assisting me on finding another airlines to fly me home... I called over dozen times in Nepal to get some help, my wife in the US called with no satisfaction and broken promises.. You think being the 4th largest carrier in the world that you got there by loyal customers using your airlines, well I hope other customers review your arrogant service and boycott your airlines. I dare one of your CEO's to contact me...

Benny is really good at making me feel bad about my decisions, as if I don’t already feel terrible about canceling my trip back home to see my family. If it could have been any other way, I wouldn’t have let it be this way, Benny.

Very bad experience In Lax counter service on 4/3/2023. One of a supervisor name of Wayne. When we ask the charge detail receipt. He gets upset and try kicking us out. In the end still not show us the break down charge receipt. So we have some arguing. Try to get his name then he really out of control that moment and call the police. Thanks to him call the airport police , they agreed we have the right to ask his name to report He even front of officer very rude to show the name card 1 inch close to my son face. Such a joker. Talk to my lawyer will complain them to consumer bureau.
