If there is a minus Zero (-0) star I will definitely put 0.0000000 Star !!! The Co staff from Thai airway assigned in the check-in counter at Bangkok Airport take advantage of the people who doesn't know how to fight for their right.He said during check in time about Over Night stay hotel by transit customer of China Eastern airline Should call (I hardly get calling accept by any human of this head company in Thailand ) so. or go by my self ask for check in at China! (When I arrived China. They said u should call before and booking before in advance 2days???????NEVER EVER use CHINA EASTERN!!!!!!!!! I have to be back by this airline again and transit time = 1.5 hr by flight return Oh God!!!

I am giving this Airline two stars because my body and luggage arrived somewhat on time and intact. Other that than, this airline is quite poor. Sure it is cheaper than some other airlines. But be warned. The seats are packed together close quarters. There are no air vents above the seats when you flying across the Pacific for 11+ hours. The cabin temperature will be hit and humid. Ironically they will give you a blanket. NOBODY used theirs on the flight because it was so damn hot. Food is mediocre at best. If you are lucky they might give you a second 3oz of water in your cup if you ask nicely like Oliver Twist at the orphanage. So, if you like to spend all day in a flying sauna with smells, this is your airline. I would like to compare this airline to Spirit. But Spirit is vastly superior. Because at least Spirit is upfront about charging you extra for things. I can respect the frugality if it is open and transparent. In summary, if the price was low enough I would fly again with this airline. But the savings would have to be ridiculous.

I was so shocked. I booked a flight to Thailand with China Eastern and it was great. Good food and service. I will def fly with them again. I took pictures of the food I ate on the plane. I appreciate the staff offering food and drink often. I was never hungry and it was quite a long flight. I'm over 6ft tall and for an airplane I felt it had ample room (again, for what it was). Overall, no complaints and a good experience. 👍👍

Worst airline I ever booked with. Their platform doesn't work. It's very complicated to see the booking. On top of that, they changed the date of my flight without ever updating me. They are incompetent.
