Very friendly hawaiian heritage staff at the office, chairs are amazing, thank you for that keep up the good work fellas from Management, and finally the heart of the company my fellow Warehouse employees very efficient and friendly also, keep up the good work youngsters, we need to fix this crazy world of yours. Very bad experience here. Rude guy at the office. They charge to print your BOL'S and you dont even get to keep them. Loaders keep your paper work that you paid for. Nothing but rats

I had to wait literally a month before I could give these people a review in order to be objective. This place is 100% garbage. I literally had a bad feeling just booking this gig. Turns out my feelings were correct and God directed me through to the end on this one. The load I was to pick up was refused at least four times prior to my arrival. The main reason for this is in the pictures. I will not mention what this compound was, as it will incriminate them to the highest level. Needless to say the shipment I was to put on my truck was going to contaminate my truck, possibly to the point of explosion. The simple addition of water to the compound results in spontaneous combustion. The compound was all over their dock and thank God it was in dry California. The staff on this property was 100% negligent and no good for safety.

This warehouse is a bit finicky. Some days I get here and it’s a mess other days it’s smooth sailing. Office can get very cluttered with drivers and wait times to process paperwork can take up to 30 minutes. They get 3 stars for the friendly security team there.

It's insane that in 2024 this facility requires a physical check after making an online payment for storage or ISF . I know times are rough but this rock bottom type of service , every other airline you pay online and instantly the payment is received , CHINA AIRLINE / Alliance Ground please update the avenues to make payments in an effort to make thing more efficient
