Terrible ! Have waited for over two hours to collect a single carton. Pay for hours get hours. No forklift drivers. Noone available to bother to assist customers or truck drivers

This place is a joke, you’ll wait anywhere from 1 1/2 hours to 6 hours, no exaggeration. There’s consistently between two to three bay doors that have been broken for the past 8 months. The door to the cage literally doesn’t have a handle! You have to hope someone is already waiting in the cage to open the door for you.

This place is horrible. Im always making deliveries here and they keep you waiting for hours. There is a manager that is telling his employees to unload our trucks and they don't even listen to the guy. The manager just looks at us drivers and walks away fast. We have a job as well and we have a schedule to follow. This place is disorganized. Don't know why my employer still does business with them.

Maria is the worst fork life and she complains about everything whether she has to unload 1 piece or a full truck. And she’s beyond slow and ever since she started the airlines have been slow and she holds up the line cuz she refuses to do her job

They do not care about customer service at all or at least it don't show on the dock. They make you wait for hours to deliver or pick up and will not let you use their restroom (before the pandemic). The say it's a security concern but drivers have to be TSA certified to deliver there anyway.
