Saw a great deal online from Denver to Shannon for $719 so I booked it and received a confirmation email however I was not charged. Next day I received a call which I had just missed so I called back. I was told that my flight was no longer available with the discount I had received. When I asked why I why I was told that someone booked the last discounted ticket ahead of me. They told me that they had tried to contact me the day before but nobody in fact had tried to do so. I was told that I needed to reschedule my flight. I was hesitant but agreed to listen to what options I had left as I had no other option. I was given different scheduled flight times on the same date which were not ideal and was told the total amount was $1,169. I told the gentleman that if they wanted to reschedule my flight at least honor the price advertised online. They refused to do so and I had to other option but to pay the $1,169. This in NOT FAIR.

Zero stars! Worst experience ever! I booked a RT flight for $403 and received my confirmation. The next day customer service rep called me and stated the fare rate no longer existed and the same flight would cost $757. When I replied there is no way I would be OK with that, the customer Rep stated he would help/search for a lower flight rate. He came up with $657. Again totally unacceptable! I told them how can they advertise/post/confirm a fare and the next day so they could no longer honor it?! In my over 35 years of traveling I have never booked a flight, and had the company call and cancel it the next day. Will never use this site again and caution anyone else who uses it..

They deserve 0 stars and a huge warning label. Definitely a bait and switch company!! I booked tickets to Vegas at a good price, received my confirmation and itinerary within minutes from them and delta. The next day I received an email stating I needed to call them about my reservation. When I called I was told by Ted Miller who couldn’t speak English very well that those tickets were no longer available but for $800 more I could book the same flight. Is that ok I just charge your card? He said! I replied absolutely not!!! I asked for a supervisor to speak to and he said he was the supervisor. He told me to read the fine print prices are subject to change. I have booked many many flights never have I encountered anything like this company. I never got to speak to a supervisor or boss. He promised me a call back, never received a call back. A horrible experience stay clear of this company!!!

On Sunday I booked 3 tickets at a good price, I received an email from this agency confirming the transaction. The next day I receive an email from them that they needed to contact me to talk about the reservation. When I called, they told me that the flight I had selected did not have a seat available in economy class, but they did have a seat in first class for an amount of $1,600 more. I told them that I would not accept that option, so they offered me a flight similar to the one I had but with two different airlines, making stops between each flight with different hours and $100 more for each ticket. I hang up the call, they have been calling all day, they leave me a message that they are going to cancel my reservation, but they don't and they keep calling. They haven't charged my card yet, I'll call my bank to cancel the card I use so they don't charge me and then they don't want to refund me. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY, THEY ARE A FRAUD, THEY ARE THIEVES.

If it was possible to give them no stars I would. Worst experience I’ve had. I booked a flight for 6 people and came to a total of 3,100. The next day I got a call saying I needed to call them because they had an issue. I called and they told me the deal I got was not existent and my total rose to 4,785. I was on the phone for 3 hours and got nowhere. There is no reason for them to tell me my flight was booked and then suddenly change that especially when I was relying on those tickets to get my family to where I currently am. I tried speaking to a manager but I was never actually in contact with said manager. Worst booking site out there for sure and for sure will never go to them again.
