Serene Care was exactly what my father needed in his last weeks. The people here are caring, wise, and experienced. They offered guidance at just the right times, and treated my father and the whole family with respect. When I saw how much of their clientele was memory care, they got my strong support and vote in our large family. I am so happy we found them. My whole family appreciated their help, care and hand holding during this most difficult time. Thank you to the entire staff and owners. Very appreciative of what you do.

My dad had dementia and was in a nursing home. He was declining and needed to be placed on hospice. Several years working as a nurse, I would have patients that chose Serene. The care was the best! My mother loved the name and so have so many. It's love, inviting,peace. He began cares with hospice, the nurses would send emails to keep us up to date on his cares when we weren't there. They offered massage therapy in the comfort of his own room,they had a beautiful guitar player who sung like an angel. She gave of so much love and memories that day. our family was just holding each other as she sangw songssomething my dad would sing to us when he played. And there wasn't a dry eye in the room.I can't begin to say how wonderful this group is. He went in style. I would give them more stars if I could.my dad was also honored as a vet from serving and laid a flag over him in honor. I can't thank them enough

Serene Care Hospice was a blessing for our family. The care they provided from showers to nursing was more than I could have ever asked for. Lisa and Stacey were totally devoted to our families needs as we went through this difficult time. The decline and loss of a loved one is hard enough. "The Ladies in Pink" will provide the care and love you will need to make this journey.

Mom was transfered to hospice care. I mistakenly chose Serene Care. Mom received her last dose of pain medication at 11:30 this morning. It is now 7:30 at night and Serene Care has not been able to get her any pain medication and they don't know when they will be able to. I should have told the social worker no, when she couldn't identify what their standards were for end of life. This company is abysmal. Use someone else.

Charter provided excellent hospice care for our father with dementia. Nurses, social workers, and chaplains were all caring professionals who followed up and communicated. Thank you!
