1) we called ahead and spoke to Meghan who was friendly and told us the prices 2) this is not obviously your typical small airport. You have to work with the tower to get cleared for landing, etc 3) the main ramp employee and the man behind the counter on July 3 were incredibly friendly and helpful. The prices were slightly different from what Meghan had told us. I wish FBOs would just put their prices online. 4) we got a car at enterprise and the FBO drove us there 🙂 5) we took off on July 6 and had a terrible experience with Brittany. She was the rudest and most unfriendly FBO employee we have ever encountered. She wouldn’t even get out of her chair to get the credit card so my partner could pay, having to stretch all the way across the counter. Same thing with the return keys. He called later and she had a similarly nasty attitude 6) the FBO inside is so nice, new, clean and spacious 7) the prices for single engine small planes are great and much better than some of the other local FBOs because the car rental is so much easier than using enterprise on long holiday weekends

Stopped in to pick up a rescue dog to fly it over to Wilmington to a new foster. The staff didn't say an eye and said, "Thanks for helping with the dogs, there is no ramp or facility fee. Have a good flight." Since they were so polite, I stopped in again and having encountered a headwind, needed fuel. So got 5 a side and was pleased to get a $1 per gallon discount doing a dog rescue flight. These guys are the best!!

Cerulean is by far the friendliest, cleanest FBO I've ever flown into. I arrived late in the evening to drop my wife off for to catch commercial flight. The ramp guys as well as Megan in the office were top notch. Spotless restrooms too! Thanks Team Cerulean GSP!

I have flown into Cerulean about 5 times now picking up family at GSP or flying out of there myself. Even though I fly in with just a Piper Comanche, definitely not the biggest plane, all the employees are always friendly and very helpful. I look forward to my next trip to Cerulean soon. Thank you!
