Left stranded on our Honeymoon in Miami from the Bahamas because of a radar fault that has left us missing our flight losing a nights accommodation and causing us to buy a new ticket and another hotel. Not only has this cost us a day on our honeymoon buy an extra $1000 which is just so much money for us. Once our flight finally landed they provided no support, no direction, no help at all just a series of pointing fingers directing us down a series of rabbit holes that never ended. Good news is we will not allow your disgusting customer service to ruin our honeymoon. Strongly suggest everyone stays away from this airline.

I've never shipped with Cayman Islands Cargo (CAC) before, but I was unaware that the Company I shipped (new local shipping agency) with was using CAC to support their new business (never again!). It's been over a month since my packages arrived at their location and I have called for days with little to no updates. Bearing in mind that 2/3 packages were received exactly a month ago and these are remaining and its my kids cloths (pandemic/lockdown issues)! Its ridiculous, and I will NEVER ship with them again!!! Lesson leant; stick with my usual shipping agency that has been reliable, consistent and dependable! There is absolutely no way that I should be having to wait for over a month for air shipped packages and I received ocean freight packages within two weeks from my go-to freight forwarder since age 18, most times! CAC has poor turn-around-time and no one seems to like to answer phones or respond to emails!!

Lose your bag and then try to charge you to ship the bag to you. Blame you for it stating you try to beat the system and just walk away from the bag....even though I asked their flight attendant, a manager, someone at the information desk and called both the toll free number and cayman number while still in the airport in hopes of getting the bag. No one could direct me to the right place and it was a public holiday in Cayman so they were understaffed for the weekend...but it must be my fault that your employees do not make the announcements that they are supposed to make....

Arrived on Friday from NY with "5" passengers on board from NY direct flight, Baggage lost, nightmare started, next day tried to pick up at 2.30 pm it was declined as the airport was busy, received a phone call at 6.00 PM that our luggage was dropped off by Cayman Airways at the Ritz Residency, went there to find out it was sent back in the meantime , went to Cayman Airways afterwards, A gentleman named Carlos tried to help, with no success. Next day after at least 15 very frustrating phone calls in the morning the bag shows up at 10.00 AM. All perishable goods which had been USDA approved packaged with invoices and documented had been confiscated by customs. On the return flight we had 14 persons on board. Good luck with your pricing and business model !

Worst airline experience of my wife’s and my life! From initial delays (hours) going from Miami to Cayman Brac, to the worst of it: scheduled Saturday 7:50 am flight never showed up/ counter and gate agents hadn’t a clue. We got pushed back again and again as later arrivals got flights it pushed to later flights. Got one $15 meal for lunch, and NONE for dinner ( ended up finally flying out of Cayman Brac at 9:30 pm - 15 hr delay in terminal. Was never offered any accommodations or valid reason for getting pushed back. Told to run to the jet in Grand Cayman after having to pick up bags (?) only to wait in jet for another 45 minutes (sic). When we got to Miami and there wasn’t even a gate agent to assist with accommodations or meal. NEVER-EVER-EVER use Cayman Air again!
