Had the best time on our family vacation on Royal Caribbean (Symphony of the seas) My travel agent Catherine was so amazing in helping me with every single detail throughout our planning. She never hesitated to answer any of my questions regardless of the time or day. Definitely recommend her services!!

Wow, what an experience! We were hesitant if Catherine would be able to help with our trip to Japan because she specializes in Disney trips, but we were blown away with the precision and thought when she presented us an itinerary/quote. She asked us questions on what we wanted to achieve when going to Japan and took our feedback carefully. She was present every step of the way and quick to respond, even when we had trouble finding our transfer from the airport. She even checked in midway into our vacation to make sure things were going smoothly!! We love that we had Catherine to plan everything out and be there for us, all without having to pay her directly!
