Terrible organization, complete waste of time! The worst loading experience I’ve ever had. There are barely any workers, and the few that are here move at a snail’s pace. You can spend half a day waiting before anyone even acknowledges you. Total lack of organization, complete chaos, and zero respect for drivers. If you don’t have to, avoid this place at all costs!

If I could do 0 stars I will choose that. From the desk clerk she was rude and sitting there doing nothing typing on her phone until mulltiple drivers where waiting to get checked. After I asked to be helped she started to be rude and not pleasent . Don't know her name but she was only one wearing glasses and a young girl. I really dont understand why if you dont want to work this job. just get someone who wants and needs this job, unlike her. After finaly get checked, I go to the warehouse waiting, freezing cold, and the terrible propane smell from the forklifts. They have only 2 forklift drivers working and is chaos. On mean time is no restrooms ,multiple rats running around the garbage was on the floor. We just need to call sanitary inspection to see what is going on. And also stop going there untill they change their bad habbits and conditions

Place opens at 7 AM, import desk staff shows up at 08:45. After processing paperwork - they say go in a cage so that forklift driver would see you and load you up. Ummmm... what forklift driver?! Forklift is there parked nicely, forklift driver - MIA. How are they still in business?! Ridiculous!!!

Absolutely no help from ppl up front didn't like paperwork so had to resend it all. Wouldn't even tell me to sign in till after a hour went by and wouldn't help u access computer just it's there good luck

Not the worst place for delivery. Over all took me 3 hours for delivery. No overnight parking.
