Runway and taxiways are in great condition. Under some construction but nothing crazy. Pilot lounge and facilities are good. Coffee available. Receptionist is friendly.

Nice spacious airport. One runway with separate taxiway. Hangar space, outdoor parking, and gas available. There is a repair facility.

They don’t post when they’re fueling up the tanks, despite knowing the schedule. This means if you want fuel, you either wait an hour or pay a higher fee (+20% the regular price) for full service. It seems like a manipulative and lazy way to get more money. Other than this sketchy practice, the FBO is clean.... so yay for that, I guess

Constantly low flying planes over my house when the FFA regulations deem a private or commercial plan needs to fly at least 1000 feet over residential neighborhoods but I’ll see them flying as low as 400-600 feet.I try to report this hazardous flying to the airport and they say “what do you want us to do about it”. Maybe ground pilots that are violating federal laws when they’re reported !!
